Lin Ratriningsih

Lin has more than 20 years of experience with non-profits in South East Asia and with Mission Talent, she currently specialises in executive searches for international organisations based in the region. She recently led the research and outreach process for the following recruitments: Regional Manager, South East Asia for ICCO Cooperation; Asia Regional Director for CBM International, and Starling Resources Director for Moores Rowland in Indonesia. Lin is experienced in managing human resources, finances, support systems and
projects with organisations such as WWF, USAID, UNDP and CARE in Indonesia, Myanmar, and Vietnam. She has also held positions with a number of private sector companies. Ratriningsih brings to Mission Talent an established network of senior executive contacts in the region. A national of Indonesia, Lin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, certifications in Human Resource Management and Human Resource Development Strategy & Appraisal Systems. Ratriningsih is based out of Phnom Penh with frequent travel withinthe region.
