: Life is work and work is (her) life. She is surely very dynamic person and so was her whole life. She has been a lot abroad. She has been learning from all these people She had met on her road and she have tried to use all these experiences from these people in her daily life and work. Employees and their growth are very important to her. Everything she learn in her life she try to pass to her coworkers and employees. Nevertheless giving feedback to each other is key for our improvement, for better (future) us.
