Lieutenant Commander Nitika Rai, is an experienced Naval Officer, who served the Indian Navy for 12 years. She had undergone her initial military training at Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala wherein she was exposed to basic military training along with development of combat, operational, HR, logistics and survival skills under tough physical & environmental conditions. During her illustrious carrier with Indian Navy, she has handled various roles encompassing Logistics & SCM, HRM, Finance & Procurement and Project Management. She had been instrumental in upkeep of various intra/inter departmental functions and a trusted advisor to HsOD for delivering operational & administrative excellence.
