Leena is a youth leader, community builder, and an outspoken advocate for gender equality and climate action.
By founding Ethereal Inc. at the age of 14, she was determined to disrupt the status quo and empower girls by mentoring them.
She has organised workshops like STEM for Social Good.
She leads a team of over 30 women to work on a project where she makes sustainable packaging manufacturers collaborate with MSMEs to reduce their carbon footprint in order to build sustainable communities. Recently, she was a part of global leadership challenge organised by Oxford University and worked on ideating projects on gender equality.
She has spoken at several conferences like Conferences of Youth by UNFCCC where she has drafted and curated policies for the Global Youth Statement. She recently spoke at the High Commission of Canada about climate action and sustainable businesses.
