Leanne Barron

Leanne Barron has been the CEO of Starick for over five years. Prior to this, she was a Director in the State Department of Communities, working in the areas of children and family services, seniors, carers and volunteering. She has professional qualifications in Social Work (Curtin University, 1988) and a Masters in Public Policy (Murdoch University, 2003). She has worked across both the not-for-profit and State Government sectors in a variety of service delivery, management and policy roles across housing, disability, early childhood, welfare and family and domestic violence. She is proud to manage an organisation recognised for its innovation and responsiveness in the area of family and domestic violence.
