Hard work”, “determination” and “Love” are the main qualities that most defined Lara’s career and life accomplishments to date. She was raised between Syria and Spain.
Lara holds a degree in literature, however she has more than 20 years of international experience in progressive leadership roles and managing large team operations across organizations in the private, corporate and public sectors.
Some of the top clients she served are from insurance brokerage, banking, entertainment and media, marketing, technology, facilities management, governmental bodies, medicine and Royalty.
After leaving employment she set up her woman’s empowerment firm to develop and transform women’s leadership, both personal and with teams, in a conscious, confident and feminine ways, focusing on 3 key aspects, self-leadership, business leadership and team leadership.
Lara has also co-founded “Woman 5.0.”, a platform to help raise consciousness in the world through having more Peace, Beauty and Possibility.
Amongst other accomplishments She is a NED for 2 startup’s, delivered a TEDx talk, speak internationally on the topic of leadership and is part of the very well-known Psychologies magazine Coach directory.
To give back, Lara has mentored refugees and non-refugees supporting them to lead a more positive and empowered life; Lara is also an advocate for women’s rights.
Lara loves dogs, collects healing crystals, reading, travelling, handbags and street art; she currently lives between London & Madrid.
She believes the secret to “feminine leadership” is to “wake up”.
