Eventually became Global Director for Gap Inc., managing an international team working on complex Supply chain issues like Child Labor, Freedom of Association, Stakeholder Engagement as well as developing sustainable community level programs based on principles of Ethical Trade for Gap Inc. in Asia, Africa, Europe and the Americas.
