Dr. Kulmeet Bawa

As a business leader with cross functional experience of over 25 years, Mr. Bawa has an extensive understanding of enterprises and their needs in today’s digital era. He has a strong track record of driving strategy and helping orchestrate business transformation for organizations across various industry segments including Telecom, ITITES, Retail, Healthcare, Education, Banking and Finance, etc. Mr. Bawa has been instrumental in accelerating Adobe’s momentum in the Indian market since the year 2012. and has expanded the organization’s footprint across its various portfolio of solutions, specifically in Adobe’s leading Experience Cloud business. He has been instrumental in driving exponential growth within the Enterprise, SMB and Consumer businesses for Adobe with a relentless focus on driving excellence in customer experience. As a thought leader, Mr. Bawa believes in nurturing and mentoring team members, promoting design thinking, creativity and innovation leading to professional development. He ensures active contribution of time and knowledge towards social responsibility especially initiatives which focus on education and women empowerment. He is on the Advisory Boards of various organisations and is a member of several industry bodies. He is a regular key note speaker at various industry forums and educational institutions and is passionate in sharing his learnings around leadership and its tenets. Prior to joining Adobe, Mr. Bawa served Microsoft India as the Director for Government and Healthcare before which he worked for Sun Microsystems. Prior to his corporate avatar, Mr. Bawa spent 12 years with the Indian Armoured Corps as a Cavalry officer. During
his army stint, he was Aide de Camp to the Governor of an Indian State and was also teaching Strategy at the prestigious Armoured Corps Centre and School. He is a graduate of the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and an alumnus of the prestigious National Defence Academy. When not at work he enjoys a game of golf, is a voracious reader, an avid traveler and above all enjoys spending
quality time with his two daughters.
