Kuku Singh has been a founder member and principal consultant of several leadership development consultancies focusing on Executive Coaching, Leadership & Diversity and Inclusion. In the last thirty years, she has coached senior management executives, conceptualized and developed long term leadership programmes anchored on the concept of wholesome leadership, lead change management initiatives for creating engaging, enabling, inclusive environments. She has clients in manufacturing, fast-moving consumer goods, medical, information technology, information technology enabled services, banking and insurance in India, Sri Lanka, Dubai, AbuDabi , Mexico & UK etc Having worked in the corporate sector first as an employee at Citi Bank & then an entrepreneur for developing talent in organisations, it was eight years ago that she embarked on the journey of Diversity and Inclusion, with an intent to see more women leaders in the C-Suite. Her current focus is on working with organisations to build the women leadership pipeline. She works with senior managemnt to evolve the Diversity business case, identify high potential women at all levels and create a sustainable platform for their career advancement to leadership positions. One of the projects that she and her company are engaged in are preparing women for board positions. Kuku works with a number of NGO’s which are women centric and have an agenda of economic & personal up-liftmen of its members.
