Konika is the Head of Search for Financial & Consumer Markets for Korn Ferry Futurestep in India. She is responsible for developing and growing these search practices through client acquisition, engagement and delivery. In her current role she leads the Search Business for Leadership and Mid level hires. Given her past experience as a Business and HR leader and her strong credentials in Leadership placements she comes with a keen business acumen and understanding of the search verticals she leads. She is managing a portfolio of premium clients across various sub sectors like Banking, Insurance, NBFCs, Ratings and Payment under the Financial Services domain and in FMCG, Media, Education, Telecom and the Development sector under the Consumer markets practice. Konika has been instrumental in establishing the leadership teams in some of leading organizations in the country. Konika has over 14 years of accomplished experience in the field of Talent Acquisition across all levels in different sectors. Prior to this she has extensive experience with leading Organizations like ICICI Prudential, American Express, GE and Bharti Airtel Ltd in the domains of Talent Acquisition, Sales , Generalist and HR Transformation roles. Konika has managed 500+ roles spread across various functions like Finance, Sales, Operations, Support and IT with Futurestep. She has provided support to some of our key clients in market intelligence and mapping to support new/niche and first time hires in India and successfully supported recruitment for mid and senior level searches in multiple locations such as: NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai ,Mumbai & Pune. She has also led several HR Transformation Projects from the perspective of Talent acquisition , Organization Structure and Design. She has also spearheaded RPO transformation projects at a Global level with leading MNCs in the past. Konika is a Post Graduate in Management from TVU ( London) and also holds a Certification in Strategic Human Resource Management from IIM Ahmedabad
