She have been working at ADACTA FINTECH, fast growing IT company as Head of Finance and Accounting for my whole professional period (20). Our mision is: empower tomorrow’s industry leaders to reach their potential through technology. But her title does not define her. Her moto is: Things do not happen. Things are made to happen.(JFK) I’m passionate interested in people, their potentials, how to be better every day , insipiring stories and new era of AEIOU leadership. In september 2019, with her mentor Tatjana Kolenc, they published A BOOK »By mentoring to heart-centered leadership«, to share the knowledge, ideas, thoughts, good practices, new era leadership principles, we learned about and exchanged during the mentoring program. The book shows what can be achieved in less than a year with a sincere approach, a clear purpose and the necessary commitment. The book has an excellent response in the business public and we both have strong feelings to inspire and motivate others also in the future. She belief is that we are all leaders and we all have an opportunity to select the role to create a better world of synergies. Courage and the power of the words “I believe in you” are the key to success that opens the door for leaders. She want to travel the same path of AEIOU leadership as I believe a courageous leader is the one who works for the wellbeing of everyone around themselves, which is a wonderful role that leads to constant personal growth and general wellbeing.
She is also proud to be recognized as the Ambassador of connecting people in Managers Association of Slovenia for 2019.
