Khushnuma Khan

Ms Khushnuma Khan is a Lawyer & Solicitor practising over 24 years and running her own law firm in the name of KK Associates since 2009, having offices in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi and Dubai. She is the first generation lawyer from her family. She represents clients at High Courts, National Company Law Tribunal and Supreme Court. She is an Arbitrator with Standing Committee of Public Enterprises (SCOPE) of India, Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators London, Member of Indian Council of Arbitrators, India, Member of international Bar Association, USA and Bar Council of India, member of SME Chamber of India and FICCI FLO. Her practice focus has been mjaorly with national & international banks, financial institutions and corporate clients which includes litigation, non litigation arbitrations. In the year 2009-2010 she was assigned to work on a prestigious litigation from the office of the Shri. Pranab Mukherjee the Ex-President of India. In the year 2014 she was appointed by 12 Consortium of Banks to handle a litigation cases in Dubai Courts. She now made her focus to extensively provide legal services to support MSME sector and is regular speaker at the key industry platforms and is also an active member of FICCI FLO. She also represents Indian embassy and consulate in UAE and provides legal advisory services on pro bono to help the distressed Indian community.
