Kavitha Shenoi is an internationally certified Trainer, upcoming Author & Entrepreneur. She is Founder, AIMforBusiness, which focuses on Innovation as a critical driver for competitive advantage. She is an Electronics Engineer and an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore with over 20 years in the IT industry in various leadership roles. Her trainings on Innovation, Business Strategies and Personal Deveopment have benefitted more than 2000 participants, across the country. She has succesfully applied her rich experience and learnings from business and personality related trainings under international trainers like T. Harv Eker, AlexMandossian and Robert Riopel to design premium outcome-driven workshops and engagements.
