She is a Counseling Psychologist, dual certified Parenting Coach and Expert, Teen Counselor certified in Children and Adolescents Mental Health, Career Guidance and Counseling Expert for students, Marital & Family Therapist, and Corporate Trainer with 18+ years of experience.
She have her center in Gurugram called ‘JiNa.LivingPositively’.
My vision is to help families for creating a better tomorrow for their children and self, by empowering them with practical, reliable, and valid psychological tools and techniques. She conduct workshops by collaborating with schools and corporate & also facilitating open house workshops. I also help people with my one-to-one counseling sessions.
She also certified in using Play Therapy as a Counseling and wellbeing tool for children. I am a certified Marital & Family Therapist. My training in various modalities like RECBT, CBT, TA, CFT, EFT helps me in working with stress, anxiety, grief & loss, depression, etc.
She have been associated with various schools in Gurugram, like Salwan Group, Ryan International, Delhi Public School, Manav Rachna International, Good Shepherd Preparatory, Mini Marvel, and Kinder Care Play School. And also with Phulwari Play School, Rewari.
She have also conducted workshops in corporates in Gurugram with Whirlpool House, NGK Sparks Plug, V Mart Retail Ltd., & Canara HSBC Oriental Bank of Commerce Life Insurance Co. Ltd. And also with CLP India Pvt. Ltd., Jhajjar Power Plant, LG Electronics, Noida, Delhi Gymkhana Club, & DS Group, Noida
She have also been a part of panel discussions with India Ahead TV news channel, featured on FM channel Radio City 91.1 with RJ Ginni, invited by Curly Tales to share about how to keep oneself happy and positive during this Covid 19 situation while staying at home & got invited as an Expert for the documentary called “Vishesh” for Lok Sabha TV in June 2019
She have been recognized for my pioneering work in the Life Skills arena with the designation of Global Presence Ambassador for Gurgaon, India. The Global Presence is Registered in the US as a charitable, 501 (c)3, educational organization.
She have also undergone training for especially handling anxiety, anger, sadness, grief and loss due to COVID 19. She is a part of a group called ‘Subah’ where I volunteer my services for helping the Bravehearts who lost their husbands due to COVID 19.
She is also a Council Member of WICCI – DMHC (Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry – Delhi Mental Health Council).
