Karuna Arpana Prasad Sankhe. Arpana is my mother. I use my mother’s name. I lost my father when I was 4! So when all the hardship is done by my mother, isn’t it fair to be known by her name?
Yes, thats what I am! A trend setter, a ruler breaker, fearless & an impactful free soul.
I am a trainer preaching positive mindset, personality enhancement & impactful communication. Using these skills, I have helped many women to the difficult state of depression.
I am not a certified trainer but I have been schooled by the Institute of Life. A victim of kidnapping & eve teasing, I started working from the age of fourteen due to financial problems. Raised by a single mother who taught me to come out victorious from every situation in life. I have crossed the phase of self doubts and lack of confidence multiple times.
My mother always said- I might not be able to provide you with best food or clothing, but I will make sure I give you education. She did the right thing.
Today, I work as an Entrepreneur & a social activist.
1. Community Founder-
XtraOrdiNAARI is a Facebook community of more than 7k women. Through our community we helps women to grow their network, connect with like minded NAARIs, provide a platform to promote business, provide work opportunities, influencer marketing related work, organizes events, contests,training, workshops & lots more.
2. Started with XON Business Club for start ups & entrepreneurs which organizes monthly meets & events for business growth. Helps in business strategies. Provides lots of different benefits to all the members of the club.
3. Started with Xtraordinaari Foundation with a core objective to provide free education to underprivileged under our initiative called as #MobileSchoolAbhiyaan an initiative to provide free education & english learning to underprivileged.
Along with running a women community, XON Business Club, Ecommerce business, professional Trainer & a Social worker, I am an active mother of a super active boy. I don’t balance personal or professional life. I just live my life the way I want and enjoy the ups and downs.
