Karthikeyan Natarajan

Karthikeyan (Karthik) Natarajan is the President and Chief Operating Officer, Cyient. In this role, he is responsible for global business operations, including sales, delivery, and business development. His focus areas include strengthening the services business, building strong solutions capabilities with keen attention to digital transformation, and consolidating our design-led manufacturing expertise.
Karthik has over 27 years of experience in the engineering industry, including about 21 years in engineering and technology services, with a strong focus on product development, digital transformation, and R&D. He has been instrumental in implementing engineering strategies for Fortune 500 customers, developing market expansion programs, driving partnerships, and enhancing domain expertise across industry verticals, including A&D, automotive, telecom, industrial, and medical devices.
Karthik is widely recognized as a thought leader across the industry and also serves as a co-chair of the engineering services forum at NASSCOM. Before joining Cyient, Karthik was the global head for Tech Mahindra’s integrated engineering services business, including digital technologies like Mobility, IoT and, Industry 4.0, among others.
Karthik holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Madras and an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
