Kamalika is an HR professional experienced in managing Human Resource Function encompassing developing People Strategy in line with Business Strategy, Talent Acquisition and creating a Talent pipeline and developing overall Employee Proposition and Employer Brand. She has experience in diversified industries like Healthcare, Retail, QSR and have worked with reputed organization like Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd., Titan Company Ltd. & Domino’s (Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd.).
Interacting with budding manager is her passion. She is also very passionate about Gender Diversity & inclusion at workplace.
She has been awarded “LinkedIn Spotlight, 2019” in India.
She was am assessor for Tata Affirmative Action Program appointed by Tata Group where she has assessed different Tata Companies.
She has been also appointed by CII as an Assessor for HR Excellence Award.
She is a TEDx speaker and have been invited by India’s premiere institutes like IIMs & IITs as a panelist and for guest lecture on various HR topics.
