Through Oracle Academy programs help educators, students and governments/ministries around the world to build digital skills. Provide access to computer science education, regardless of gender, ethnicity, or socioeconomic status as a part of Oracle’s CSR program.
1. To plan, schedule, deliver and coordinate teacher trainings on technology enhanced learning practices adopting diverse methods: Virtual Instructor Led (VILT), in-class (Conventional), hybrid mode (Flipped classrooms) for varying duration.
2.To conduct workshops and technology information sessions for Principals, Education officers and other officials connected with educational organizations on the need and knowhow of accepting 21 st century methodologies in their school campuses.
3. To design and implement innovative programs that would excite teachers to adopt web based learning and mentor the construction of knowledge by students as per NCF ’05.
4. To design and implement National thematic contests for teachers and students to recognize innovative teachers and identify good curriculum related projects for building a repository of resource material protecting the intellectual property rights.
5. To work on road map /implementation plans towards signing an MOU between Ministries/organizations and Oracle Academy.
6. To map Oracle Academy curriculum with the ICT curriculum of Boards of Education to identify opportunities to synergize and work together.
7. To conduct outreach programs for students with a focus to develop computing skills to make them career and college ready.
8. To increase the participation of girls and their representation in boardrooms in the IT industry.
