Dr. Jyotika Pruthi works as a Senior Learning Design Consultant at Coursera. She spent 7 years as a Professor of Computer Science with a vision to bring transformation in the teaching process through Problem Solving & Design Thinking principles. She holds a track record of teaching 5000+ students and developing innovative teaching pedagogies that received appreciation from companies like TCS, Deloitte and her contribution in the field of teaching was even recognized by the United Nations. She represented India three times in a row as one of the eight participants in IET, UK South Asia Competition for Best Presentation Skills all over the Northern Zone and was also awarded by Indian Education Awards for being “One of the top 10 young professors of the year” for bringing innovation in the classroom. In addition to that, she has curated TEDx and has been a speaker herself.
