Jyoti A Kathpalia

Jyoti A Kathpalia is an Associate Professor in English literature in PGDAV College, Delhi University. She has been actively involved in gender sensitization efforts and development programmes. She has presented papers at various National as well as International conferences. In March 2019, she convened an International conference on The 21st Century Indian Woman, a major theme of which was how to develop the Digital Platform for Empowering women in India. Jyoti is keenly interested in the interface of Literature and art and is an Art Critic. Her articles have been featured in Art and Deal magazine. She has completed courses on Film Appreciation from FTII Pune and courses on Art Appreciation from National Museum of India, she is committed to issues of representation of women in electronic media and visual arts.
