Jyothi is an entrepreneur, an angel investor, marketer, engineer and a mother with a deep interest in preschoolers’ education.

Over the last 12 yrs as an entrepreneur, she has built, seen and supported many products and businesses perfect their road from zero to one. Creation is something that she enjoys deeply.

She established HiveMinds as a solo women founder in 2010. Today HiveMinds is amongst the top digital agency in India, with 100+ consultants, spread across Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi & Dubai. HiveMinds employs 35% women in its workforce and has 40% participation in top management. HiveMinds manages 70 Crores of digital media spend in India. HiveMinds was acquired by Madison Media in 2017 – the second largest communications group in India.

Jyothi hails from a small township, Ammasandra in Tumkur district of Karnataka. As a child, she loved math as much as art and sports. Today this reflects in her being a certified deep sea diver, a runner and an artist.

As a renowned marketer, over the last decade, she has delivered industry changing results for a variety of small and mid sized companies. She has been the key marketing strategist & consultant for many Indian startups. Few of her early and long standing engagements include TutorVista, Verse-DailyHunt, MobiKwik, BigBasket, Simplilearn, Redbus, Voonik, TaxiForSure, Curefit, FlyDubai, Dominos & more.

Jyothi is an active angel investor and advisor for startups. Having worked closely on the marketing strategy for TutorVista, DailyHunt, MobiKwik, BigBasket & more. She invests in rural commerce, agri-tech, martech and network-apps.
