First visit to Israel in 1959 (studied in England GCE ‘O’ and ‘A’ levels in Michael Hall School and Millfield School 1952-1960).

Second trip to Israel :. The boat he sailed from Marseilles on 3 June 1967, after I had finished my studies in Lausanne, Switzerland, a stage at the Metallgesellschaft AG in Frankfurt am Main (Germany), an internship at Louis-Dreyfus SA in Paris, and French military service in Berlin (with occupation troops).

I did Aliya 1967-1971 (I worked at the Peltours travel agency in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv and I was a trainee at John Nathan’s High Tech company in Tel Aviv).

1971- 2002 CEO and Partner at Albert Oulman & Cia Lda / Louis Dreyfus Commodities / Lusograin in Portugal.

Founder of the Association of ACICO cereal importers in Lisbon.

I was appointed Honorary Consul of Singapore in Portugal by the Ambassador of Singapore in Paris, David Saul Marshall.

President of the CIL Board since 2002.

Delegate of CIL in the world congresses WJC, AJC, EJC, EJF, AJJDC, CRIFF, LEATID, GLOBAL FORUM.
