José Costa Pinto

José Costa Pinto is the founding partner of Costa Pinto Advogados where he specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, commercial law and real estate. He is also the President of the National Association of Portuguese Young Lawyers (ANJAP), Vice-President of the Legal Commission of Sociedade de Geografia de Lisboa and member of the General Meeting Board and of the Consultative Committee of the Corporate Governance Portuguese Institute.
José Costa Pinto has been a Senior Associate with Uría Menéndez – Proença de Carvalho and with the law firm of Simmons & Simmons. He has also been author and co-author of several technical articles and speaker at conferences and public events.
