Jorissa Neutelings

Jorissa Neutelings is Director Digital and Innovation at Vattenfall and Supervisor at VVV Nederland. She focuses on customer behavior which is her base for building the right digital and IT roads to make service agreeable and loveable. She is very proud of her bot Nina, who helps more than 1 million customers a year. Next to her day job, 5 years ago she founded digital Magazine B-Elle.nl in order to create a platform for successful women in business. With her energy she inspires everyone to come on board, on their way to the higher mission; getting the best out of technique serving the customer.
