Johan Teuling

Johan Teuling is the experienced technician and good-hearted people manager where international industrial companies were craving for. Johan has been leading teams in technical operations and industrial maintenance projects around the world for over 40 years. He enjoys to share his knowledge and experience with his team and coach fellow team leaders. ‘Only people who like their work, can excel in their job’ is his slogan.
During his 40 years of (international) work he has skilled and trained many young and eager people to grow in their profession.
In 2015 Johan founded Any Skills Training India: a skills training institute in Mumbai committed to improve the skills level of Indian technicians and workman, male and female.
Johan has a passion for the new technical innovations which will exponential grow and spread out around the world. Within a few years the world will look completely different.
Johan is convinced that only sound and solid education programs for young girls and women will help to be prepared for the huge global changes which will overcome the world within a few years.
For the coming years Johan likes to establish a mobile training facility for rural India to learn young people to start their own small business in their villages to reach an honourable living and to stay in these villages so they also can assist the original inhabitants and farmers.
