Jeya Ramanathan, Silver Lining Coaching, Fellow CPA, justice of the peace, B. Commerce (UWA), M. Taxation Law (UNSW); Jeya coaches & mentors small & micro businesses and has undertaken leadership & executive coaching for 12 years. Through her work with Belmont BEC, Jeya facilitates Tax for Small Business Workshops & Retirement Income Planning for Women projects. Jeya has 34 years experience as a tax administrator (incl. investigation & litigation work) with national responsibility with taxation policies. Jeya is a strong advocate, through public speaking & project mentoring for empowerment of women in business.
