Jeanne Boles holds a Masters of Engineering from Loughborough University and a diploma in Advanced Design, Manufacture and Management from the University of Cambridge. For the past 15 years, Jeanne has worked in the Oil and Gas industry, in roles varying from field operations, to management, sales and training. Throughout her education and career she has worked in high risk teams, working with and managing people with varying first languages, cultures, ages, education, experience and personal circumstances. After a 12 year career in Operations, Jeanne decided to move into Training, working for two highly reputable Well Control training companies, before deciding to create her own Companies in Perth. Train2Develop delivers Crew Resource Management training (Soft Skills) for the Oil and Gas Industry and has Instructors that work onsite with the crews to review their levels of knowledge, deliver specific training and coach them afterwards to ensure that the transfer and implementation of knowledge is successful. JBcoco takes the Crew Resource Management skills and distils them into workshops for students, using storytelling and hands on exercises to help the students learn more effectively. Her main client is Edith Cowen University (ECU) She also volunteers for school STEM programs through the Petroleum Club of WA, WITWA’s Techtrails and Game Changers, as well as WEF Perth!
