I am the Founder and CEO of Appreiz Inc which is redefiningtalent management using social recognition. In my role as CEO,I am responsible for product management, sales and businessdevelopment. I come with an outstanding career spanning two decades inadvanced and emerging markets of US, India and China as atechnology leader. I have rich experience of delivering engineeringand operational excellence with Microsoft, General Electric and start-ups. Among my recent corporate positions, I was Principal PM,Director of strategy and planning, Director of Quality and Processin Microsoft India and COE leader in GE Consumer and IndustrialSystems. During my career in Microsoft, I worked closely with HRin formulating the onboarding strategy of new hires, Leadershipprogram for senior individual contributors and workforce plan alignedwith multi-year roadmap of the organization. I led the first pan India Hackathon in Microsoft and was also one ofthe top 25 finalists across the world. I have always believed in coaching and mentoring young womenand contributed time and energy to it. I was the Hyderabad hubleader for GE Women’s Network and also started the Women in ITinitiative in Microsoft IT India. I have been a panelist in Grace HopperConference India several times.With my passion for coaching, I have certified myself with MarshallGoldsmith’s Stakeholder centered Coaching. I am the coauthor of book Project Leadership by ManagementConcepts . I believe in giving some of my time and energy in giving back tosociety. I am an active Rotarian and I have been board member ofmy Rotary Club every year. I am one of the core team volunteer forDaanUtsav (Joy of Giving Week)– India’s biggest festival of givingwhich started in 2009. As a speaker , I speak on Employee Engagement, Empathy atworkplace, How to be a Resilient leader, How to lead today’sworkforce . As a speaker addressing students I speak about how totransform from student to a corporate life
