Jamie Cid is a Social Entrepreneur who has been connecting people and products through technology for the last 10 years. Equipped with over 10 years of experience building sales and managing accounts, Jamie uses her expansive network to empower her team and manifest her vision of creating companies based on values, heart and the needs of a global economy while creating social impact. As founder of MobiHires, Jamie has drawn on her diverse experience in international marketing, sales and business development to create a mobile driven job app that addresses the global job market while yet acting locally in the regions it’s available. MobiHires is a voice, video , location and time driven job app. The app helps candidates and employers connect faster and more efficiently to reduce time to hire and help make to make a better match to lower attrition. The app also address the needs of the deaf / hearing impaired community globally, along with artisans in asia and refugees around the world get connected and be found by those searching for their expertise. Prior to being the founder of MobiHires Jamie founded Lead With G.O.O.D an online education based platform where she conceptualized it’s message and branding of combining emotional intelligence and value based education to inspire the next generation of leaders to be feelers and not just thinkers. The Lead with GOOD program is a free program offered online to parents and children around the world. Her inspiration came from volunteering her weekend for over a decade and starting volunteer based programs for at risk inner city kids through NYC and NJ through organizations like, Covenant House, NY Cares, Homefront NJ. Jamie’s passion to working with and inspiring youth to understanding themselves through emotional intelligence and building confidence by encouraging, mentoring and coaching them into reaching for their dreams without fear. Jamie’s previous startups were in fashion and beauty, she conceptualized her own natural skincare line, one of the first to use Rooibos in 2005 SAIJADE along with launchinch and co-founding a beauty platform BEAUTEGY.COM in 2010 creating an online platform connecting beauty professionals, companies and consumers. Her professional roles have included the managing of the sales activities for Aricent, a global technology and services company, where she cultivated partnerships with leading telecommunications service providers such as Verizon and AT&T responsible for managing and closing multimillion dollar accounts. As global marketing manager of Ramco Systems Aviation Group, she orchestrated the development and implementation of global marketing initiatives for the North America, Asia, Europe and Middle East territories that led to Ramco’s Aviation solution being recognized as a leader for aviation software globally. Jamie began her career at the Sprint Corporation, ranking as one of the top 100 national salespeople. Jamie is a Certified Life Coach via IACC (International Association Of Certified Life Coaches)
