Jacqueline Graham

President, BPW Australia

Australia

Jacqueline Graham has more than 20 years professional leadership experience in corporate and franchise retail and sales organisations. Having worked in senior roles in major listed businesses in the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia, she has experienced the challenge of change, and loves to help others thrive in changing environments.
A leader from a young age in sports and music groups, Jacqueline has also undertaken voluntary and not-for-profit roles at local and national levels. She is currently President of the Australian Federation of Business and Professional Women (BPW) and is a passionate advocate for women in the workforce.
Jacqueline has initiated successful mentoring circles and career coaching workshops in the organisations she has worked in and has a track record of supporting and encouraging other women to step up to leadership. She has also engaged with male leadership colleagues to build programs to create internal champions of change, and a network of future leaders equipped to develop diverse and inclusive teams.
Raised in a small town in southern New Zealand, Jacqueline has used the resilience learnt in the aftermath of a major farming accident to build a life of balance and exploration. The impact of helping her father rebuild his life – renewing his purpose through his musical community – taught her to focus on the strengths each of us has.
Connecting the dots of her personal and professional passions, has given Jacqueline insight into how to help others develop their own talents. She believes that we need to learn the ability to seize opportunities and enjoy what the world has to offer.
