Israel is a Global Human Resources leader and management consultant, with over 20 years Corporate and Entrepreneurial experience in more than 30 countries. His most
recent positions include International Director of Compensation, Benefits and Global Mobility for 70 countries, at Kimberly Clark Global Headquarters, Compensation Manager Americas at British Petroleum, President OMD HR Consulting Americas, amongst other related leadership positions. Israel is also an international speaker, and lectures in world-class management academic programs. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Javeriana (Xavier) University, a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Externado University, an Executive Development Program from INALDE, a Corporate Executive Program from SMU Cox School of Business, and a Masters in Management from Harvard University. He is a devoted father and husband of a beautiful multicultural family (Colombia-USA), and advocate of equal rights for all.
