A former CEO with broad strategic and functional experience both in public and private sector and a deep knowledge of the diverse industries she has worked in: Consulting, Executive Education, TV Media, Healthcare, Insurance and Technology. She has an extended professional career in leadership and management working across several geographies including US, UK and Spain.

Isabel is currently Senior Counselor in PwC Spain, serves on its Board and Risk Committee. She is also Executive Director Observatory for Government Transformation at ESADE Business School and Non- Executive Director for 3i Europe plc at Grupo Memora, chairing the Corporate Government Committee and Member of the Audit Committee. As for Non-Profit Board experience, currently Isabel is on the board of Sanitas Foundation and of Integra Foundation. Recently, in February 2016 she was appointed Board Member to Club Siglo XXI in Madrid, a political, social and cultural forum. Previously she was CEO of Telemadrid; Deputy Managing Director of Sanitas Group; Executive President of Sanitas Residencial; and she also worked at IBM for 17 years. She has served on many private boards and non-profit organizations. Isabel has a Law Degree and Masters from Madrid Complutense University; PADE from IESE; AMP from Wharton; “OntheBoard” from GWU; and “Creating Public Value” from Harvard. She is co-author of the report “Women Executives in Spain” (March 2012) and “Inspiring: Successful Business Cases” (March 2014).
