With a degree in Geography & Urbanism, she completed a “Postgraduate in Leadership” at UPF-ESCI and at Babson College the Symposium “Entrepreneurship & Innovation
Symposium for RedEmprendia Fellows, Entrepreneurial Thought & Actions”. She began her professional career in the public sector as Director of the GIS and Remote Sensing Service of the University of Girona for 14 years (until 2009), exercising the functions of General Manager. In 2009 she began her business career, being Deputy Director in the start-up Urbiotica until 2014, and Senior Consultant in Smart Cities in the consultancy firm Anteverti until 2017. She is Regional Director of “The Alpha Group” since 2015, contributing to the growth of SMEs in Barcelona and to enhance the Collective Intelligence applied to business. Additionally, she is a mentor in programs of the EVERIS Foundation and the Professional Women Network (PWN) in Barcelona. Occasionally, she serves as an independent expert of the European Commission in the fields of Technology and Society. Gathering all the previous experience as a manager and leader in both public and private sector organizations, in 2015 she founded her own company, Prosivendola, devoted to counseling, advisory and training in 3 areas: interpersonal communication abilities, leadership development and business strategy.
