Indrani is a certified Coach (ICF-ACC) and has coached clients in India, Singapore, Egypt & UK. She enables leaders to scale up their businesses by discovering new possibilities of expansion, innovative team management, decision making in hybrid working spaces and building a culture of productivity and execution.
Her experience to coach leaders to get real and measurable results comes from her background of being a leader at the CXO level for 10+years – having led large, multilocation teams in hybrid working mode in Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing & Brand Building, Business Excellence and Product Research & Management.
Her Corporate journey began with an opportunity to compere Corporate programmes for BHEL, Hardwar, which she did for almost a decade. Here, she also represented BHEL at the National Young Managers’ Competition organized by AIMA and the team got a special Prize for it.
She then trained to develop storyboards, engage with Multimedia experts in her first job in a Corporate and when her profile shifted to Business Development and Client Relationship, she picked up skills in sales, marketing, customer retention & team management. Through various profiles in different Organisations she scaled the hierarchial ladder to CXO positions.
An inherent curiosity to learn and learning on the job to improve execution continuously with immense self-awareness have always been her strengths. The pandemic has now taught us the same, to manoeuvre ourselves and our businesses in the VUCA world.
Indrani has contributed to increasing market share and per person productivity with effective GTM strategies by appropriate restructuring and building engaged teams through coaching & mentoring, which believed in a performance-oriented culture.
She has led market research on competition analysis (strategies & customer database), competitive as well as new and innovative products, from the front. She has taken initiatives to open up new geographies for business expansion at the same time optimising resources and transforming workways.
Indrani understands cultural diversity coupled with the changing role of leadership, to drive Organisations successfully in the changing world scenario and as a Coach, she focusses on holding space with passion and compassion to support her clients to rethink, renew and reconnect to “business as un-usual” and living a better quality of life in the settling New Normal.
