Work Experience: 35 years in financial industry of which more than 30 years in different segments of banking, management and leadership.
Since 2014, I have been acting as:
• Director and founder of Business Solutions s.p., Hermina Krt, M.Sc.; in the field of Banking and business consulting, education and intermediation;
• Director of OSMA d.o.o. Croatia, consulting and management (project company for the development of OSMA Leadership Academy
in Island Krk- in realization, starting in autumn 2020); );
• Business, banking and project consultant in the largest construction company in Croatia – GP Krk d.d. and GP Group;
Other important information:
– Master of Science in the field of International, Comparative and European studies in 2009. Master’s thesis title in the field of financial law by France Arhar, Ph.D. supervisory: “The global financial crisis – a crisis of the values of modern society”; 2009;
– Author of the book “The Inexorability of Greed”, 2010;
– Founding member and former president of the charity association Club One step more, for the people with acquired brain injury;
– Mother of two adult daughters and grandmother to one grandchild;
