Hemlata Goel is the Director- Global Back Office (GBO) & Asia HR Operations at Whirlpool Corporation. In this role, she leads the Global Back Office/HR Shared Services (GBO) and the Asia HR Operations. She works closely with various HR employees across multiple regions and teams to provide an exceptional operational HR Services. The GBO supports HR Services globally. The HR services include Reporting and Analytics, Data Management, Global Operations, System Administration, Vendor Management Support, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management.
Previously Hemlata has managed diverse portfolios and led HR teams across geographies at Axtria-Ingenious Insights, SHL (Former Garter), Alcon, WNS Global Services and InterContinental Hotels amongst others.
Hemlata has 18+ years of HR experience in diverse HR fields. She has developed deep expertise into HR Integration during mergers & acquisitions, partnering business turnarounds, HR Analytics, HR Transformation projects, Shared Services, Coaching, client management and talent acquisition.
Hemlata holds Executive Program from XLRI Jamshedpur in Business Analytics and Decision Management and is an MBA-Human Resources from Pune. She has also completed one year leadership program from Harvard Business Publishing. She is a certified coach from Henley Business School.
