Helen Chapman

Helen is a certified Transformational Coach, Leader, Inspirational Speaker and Founder of Rebel Love Journey.

Having experienced crippling shame of living through school with undiagnosed dyslexia, dyspraxia and ADD, Helen is a beacon of light to all women who have been told that they are ‘not good enough’, or ‘not clever enough’ just because they don’t fit a particular mould.

After graduating with a BSc. (Hons) in Psychology, Helen spent the next 15 years in the fast-paced world of film and TV.

No longer being able to ignore the shame, low self-esteem, anxiety and depression she’d felt all her life, and being guided by a little light inside her which has never gone out, she embarked upon a journey to understand what her ultimate purpose was.

It was in her journey Helen revisited the toxic shame of her school life and the trauma of living with a bully – her father – who also suffered from undiagnosed dyslexia and being born into a matrix of hierarchy, control, competition, who did better, who did worse, constantly feeling that she had to prove to the world that she was clever.

It was in the moment when she realized her life had been bereft of any feminine energy that a light bulb went on. She knew in every cell of her being that she had found her purpose; and that is to Guide Highly Creative Women Discover and Live their Purpose.

Her journey has so far has guided her to 3 years of Jungian Analysis, 2 years of Psychotherapy, Tantra, Family Constellation, TRE, EFT, Sound Therapy, Shamanic Journeying, Meditation, Zen Buddhist Training & Transformational Coaching.
She calls her journey ‘Rebel Love Journey’.

Using heart-led feminine principles of building an unshakeable bond with self, other and the Universe and using Inner Child and Gestalt chair work at its core, Helen creates an incredibly safe space in which her clients can identify and break free from their old story and identify and begin birthing their deepest desires into the world.

Being fascinated by and continuing to explore her own inner landscape, she regularly attends intensive retreats led by world-class teachers of the divine feminine so she can be of even greater service to her clients and the women she is here to serve.
