Helen Alcobia

I feel privileged to have been born on the African continent, more precisely in Mozambique, a country which I unfortunately do not know as my parents moved to Rhodesia, Zimbabwe as it is now called when I was about one. I can say that I grew up in a place of great natural beauty.
I am a teacher, a school owner, a mother of two girls, both grown up and independent, whom I am extremely proud of. I practise conscious breathing and currently on a journey of discovery of my spirtuality and enlightenment and on a quest to find and follow a new purpose in life.
