Harpreet Randhawa

She is a B.Com.(Hons) graduate from Jesus & Mary College, Delhi University with a Master’s in Commerce from Annamalai University. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education from MDU, Rohtak and completed her P.G Diploma in Human Resources and Public Relations from Madras University. She holds I.C.W.A.I qualification. Her quest in the field of education led her to get her Masters in Education and earned certification as a Master Trainer from the University of Cambridge. She has acquired a Certification as a Professional Life Coach from Neuroleadership Group, accredited to the International Coach Federation and ACTP in 2012. Certified Counselor from the Institute for Psychotherapy & Management Sciences,1997, Mumbai.

Accomplishments
She is engaged in coaching Senior & Middle-Level employees of Corporate, Educator Mentor and also is a Parent & Teen Coach. In the education field, she started her career as a primary school teacher and rose to the level of a School Administrator. She went on to earn her empanelment as a trained Lead Auditor with QCI NABET in 2007. She was the MR of a reputed school in Gurgaon and was solely responsible to get accreditations for ISO 9001: 2000, OHSAS 18001 and EMS 14000, one the first for a School in India to get all three certifications.

During her tenure in different Corporate & Schools, Harpreet has initiated various innovations in training programs Communication through Connections- English Enhancement & Communication Program, ABCD for Professionals, ANTS- Attitude for Initiative, Nature to Integrate, Thirst for Industry, Source of Insight, PEP- One day performance enhancement program for corporate and educational sector employees. As well as ROC-Resilience Optimism & Confidence specially designed parenting workshop for Professionals in Corporate, Teacher Engagement Programs, Coffee Mornings with parents, setting up NCC units in schools, conducting in-house training programs and outdoor camps for teachers and students and introducing Global Perspectives as a pilot subject for IGCSE Curriculum, in a reputed school in Mumbai in 2010-11.
She has not only excelled in the organised education sector but has been identified by several accomplished parents to be a tutor and mentor for their children. One of her high profile students is Aryaman Aditya Birla during his teenage years and teenage children of renowned Bollywood stars & Leading Entrepreneurs in Mumbai.
Since 2012, Harpreet has been conducting Transformational and Motivational sessions for Corporate Employees at all levels, in the capacity of being empaneled with Reliance Management Institute and Macmillan Publishers, Harper & Collins, reputed MNC’s in the capacity of a Corporate Trainer & Teacher/Parent/Student Facilitator. The programs are well researched and designed to awaken the inner consciousness and inspire change. Over a span of 8 years she has conducted more than 1500 training sessions under the banner of TAB Consulting, VInspire®, Macmillan, Edify and many more for Corporate Employees, Schools & Colleges both in India and abroad which have received widespread acclaim. She actively uses DISC, MBTI, and FIRO-B for behavioral assessments and transformation (leadership, team building, communication, etc.).
Since 2012 she has trained more than 10,000 corporate employees for Performance Enhancement & Employee Engagement Programs on Ergonomics, Occupational Health & Safety, Communication Skills, Digital Footprints, Teambuilding, Women Empowerment, appx 30,000 teachers, 12,000 school students; 15,000 college students and nearly 7000 parents across India during her illustrious career spanning over 27 years.
Her most valued accomplishment have been of Launching her own Company VInspire Training & Consultancy Pvt Ltd in 2012. Being Regional Director, CEGR, General Secretary Integrated Chambers of Commerce & Industry. She has been a consultant to ICICI Foundation for Skill Development @ Mumbai and also to Square Panda Inc, Silicon-based Education Company. She is on the board of Advisors for a renowned school in Rajkot and also The Vice Chairperson of the Naval Childrens’ School, TRUST, New Delhi
She had an illustrious career in Corporate and she grew from being a Telesales Caller to an Entrepreneur.

More About Mrs. Randhawa
Harpreet has also played Cricket and Hockey at International, National & University level and has been a great protagonist for sports in schools. She proudly represented India in Women’s Cricket tour of Netherlands in 1990 and was nominated to be part of the Indian World Cup Cricket Team in 1989. Her motivational sessions for sports teams in schools and colleges are unique in the industry.
She is an Army wife, needless to say, patriotic and has unmatched resilience, perseverance, and integrity. She is sensitive to the cultural diversity of the nation and customizes her programs as needed for effective execution. Further, the real-life examples and experiences add genuineness and efficacy to her delivery.

She has been recognized with Udyog Shiksha Puraskar, 2014 at New Delhi, by the Centre for Education Growth & Research, for her contribution in the field of Education.
In 2017, She was recognized for being an “Innovative Trainer”, Global Education & Skills awards in New Delhi on 23 March 2017.
On 19 Feb 2019, she was felicitated by none other than Mr. Andre Agassi, Tennis World rank player and Grand Slam winner for her contribution to Early Years Education.
The Integrated Chambers of Commerce & Industry recognized her efforts as an Edupreneur and was felicitated by Ms. Shazia Ilmi, Vice President BJP, Delhi on 28 Feb 2019. On 18 April 2019, she was conferred with Gaurav Shiksha Puruskar at the Indian Education Festival, New Delhi.
