I have lived for almost 20 years in Kuwait where I worked for 2 years as a registrar at FAIPS
(1996_1997),then in 1998 I started to work at the Embassy of The Republic of Venezuela in the State of Kuwait accredited to the United Arab Emirates and the State of Qatar.
My first position at the Embassy was at the Consular Department handling all the registration procedures of the Venezuelan citizens living in the State of Kuwait UAE and State of Qatar, including issuing of Birth Certificates, passports,legalizing and translating documents as well as issuing vis as to residents inKuwait, USE and Qatar
