H.E. Shri Sushil Kumar Singhal

Shri Sushil Kumar Singhal arrived in Luanda on September 5, 2015 and presented credentials to Hon’ble President Mr. Jose Eduardo dos Santos on 21 September, 2015. Earlier Shri Singhal served as Deputy High Commissioner in High Commission of India, Nairobi and also he was DPR to UNEP and UN Habitat in Nairobi. Ambassador Singhal has served in Indian Missions in Tanzania, Belgium, Bangladesh, Hungry also in different capacities. In 2004-2007, he was on Desk in AMS Division in Ministry of External Affairs looking after bilateral relations with USA and Canada.
Ambassador Singhal had done Masters in law form Delhi University and he is Associate of Institute of Company Secretaries of India New Delhi.
