Guðfinnur Sigurvinsson

Guðfinnur Sigurvinsson has a B.A. degree in Political Science and his final thesis was on the presidential election of 1980 and what role Vigdís´gender played in the campaign. Guðfinnur is now finishing his masters degree in Public Administration at the University of Iceland. He worked for a decade as a reporter and radio talk show host at RUV, the National Broadcasting Service of Iceland. In 2010 Guðfinnur did a television documentary on Vigdis and her historic election and that documentary has been broadcast by major TV stations all over Europe. After leaving the media Guðfinnur worked for a couple of years as a communications director at the Environment Agency of Iceland and for the last year he has worked as such at Vodafone Iceland.
