Ms. Gouri Kalra has been instrumental as a Sales & Marketing professional with The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), South Asia’s largest hospitality-focused enterprise. She currently shoulders strategic responsibilities for Taj City Centre, Gurugram. She has contributed to & witnessed the re-imagined journey of the iconic Taj Mahal, New Delhi-The Northern flagship hotel of the Indian Hotels Company Limited. She conspicuously relates to Luxury with her 16+ years of experience in Luxury hospitality. In her tenure of 7 years with the Iconic Taj Mahal, New Delhi, She handled Head of State visits of different countries and was recognized for her relentless work by both internal and external stakeholders for her
eye for detailing, and ensuring guest comfort.

A maverick reader, Ms. Gouri has done her Post Graduation into the discipline of Marketing from IMT, Ghaziabad; B.Com. from Delhi University. She is also Sales-Force Performance Coach certified by Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. She has done various certifications i.e. Women Leadership Program, a certification from Harappa University, nominated by IHCL, Theories of Economics from Erasmus University, Netherlands; Hotel Management, Revenue Management, both Strategic & Operational marketing plans, and Digital Marketing from Udemy. She is an official Mentor with Talk To me (NGO) to provide guidance to the youth to enhance their confidence & aspirations through value-based English conversation.

Last but not the least; Ms. Kalra is also a research scholar and pursuing her Ph.D. on
the theme of Luxury Hospitality from Chitkara University, Chandigarh. She is always
passionate about the alignment of Marketing & Sales strategies towards business.
