Gem Mccreary

Gem has over 15 years of experience as a multifunctional global leader, having served as an Army Officer (AH-64D Attack Helicopter Pilot) and international financier in Citigroup’s premier leadership banking program (New York City, São Paulo, and Bogotá, Colombia). He is the Founder and CEO of TalentoTotal, an international non-profit organization that aims to make the business landscape in Latin America more inclusive by accelerating the careers of high-achieving women and men from underrepresented communities, specifically Afro-descendant and Indigenous (ADI). His is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and received his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
