Gagandeep K. Bhullar is an Indian technologist and entrepreneur. She founded the SuperHuman Race in 2016 with the vision to employ technology for creating a ‘good’ economy. The SuperHuman Race automates social purpose for companies in India & North America through the use of data analytics, gaming & behavioural dynamics. In her current role, Gagan splits her time between the SuperHuman Race’s offices & customers in India and N. America to provide a unified vision for product development. The SuperHuman Race translates social & environmental impact into numbers through the use of a revolutionary modular design framework along with intensive data modeling. Previously, Gagan held various leadership positions with The Boeing Company in India and N. America. In 2014, she became the first locally hired employee from Asia to be selected into the company’s flagship leadership programme, wherein only one leader from across Boeing’s offices worldwide is invited to participate each year. At Boeing, Gagan led teams in areas as diverse as strategy, government relations, supplier management, finance, manufacturing & engineering.
Gagan started her career with a defense & aerospace startup where she worked extensively with partners and collaborators in Europe & Asia as well as the Government of India, including former President APJ Abdul Kalam’s scientific advisory team. Gagan is passionate about making the world a better place, through the use of data and the power of human kindness. In her free time, Gagan likes to read, write, travel and mentor ‘people with purpose’.
