Francesca Secondari

Francesca Secondari, is Partner of BonelliErede based in Cairo. Her activities focus on M&A, Banking, Corporate, Commercial Agreements and Real Estate transactions.
She is directly involved in drafting and negotiating M&A deals and in particular share purchase agreements, mergers, de-mergers, group re-organisation, shareholders agreements, investment agreements, purchase and disposition of assets, put and call option agreements, coordination of due diligence processes.
As per general corporate matters she assists clients in relation to extraordinary transactions, drafting and negotiation of by-laws; services and supply agreements and of other commercial agreements such as supply agreements, distribution agreements and franchise agreements. She also assists clients in managing complex and cross-borders transaction.
She served as supporting general counsel at one of the most prominent luxury brands.
