Frances Pitt

Frances Pitt is a powerful and dynamic communicator. Enthusiastic and energetic, she is the consummate motivator, revealing a new paradigm for leading people and for leading a more productive life. Using her unique, non-traditional approach, she helps participants learn to play a “bigger game of life,” both personally and professionally, something she also sought for herself when she created Frances Pitt & Associates as her first entrepreneurial experience.
Frances brings to her work, twenty-five plus year’s experience as a psychotherapist, an entrepreneur and fifteen years as a speaker/trainer and a consultant in the business, government and educational sectors. The groups and individuals that Frances works with reap the benefits of knowledge and insight gained through her own experiences of success and failure.
In addition, as a psychotherapist, she is able to provide insight into what is beneath behavior that creates barriers between them and true productivity and happiness. Participants walk away from her seminars with practical solutions and tools that that they can put to immediately use.
