Farah Shahed

Farah comes with over 20+ years of work experience. She has shaped her career from Aviation in the Middle East, the IT and services boom in India, to Learning and Development in a new liberalized economy. She has seen the world grow smaller and believes a global mindset is imperative to grow & succeed today.
She was based in Jeddah when she was with Saudia, the leading airline of Saudi Arabia. After 4 years of an exciting career in aviation, she moved back to India and joined Ion-Idea Enterprise Solutions, an IT solutions company as the Business Development Manager, Asia Pacific. She built a new sales team, launched new products and was responsible for creating strategic alliances. In 2000, she moved into Learning & Development and hasn’t looked back.
Farah is passionate about helping leaders to become confident, influential leaders, who lead with purpose in today’s ever-changing global workplace. Working with a wide variety of clients across geographies and numerous sectors, Farah focuses on initiatives that promote cross cultural teaming and inclusive leadership, eliminate unconscious biases and create an ecosystem that supports gender equity in senior leadership positions

In addition to developing transformative leadership programs, she has also co-created the exclusive Integral Growth Model — a dynamic, accelerated experience that propels clients not only in the boardroom, but in all aspects of their lives. Farah’s purposeful and incisive approach and her business acumen have enabled her to guide hundreds of clients toward the change they are seeking.
This blend of experience and passion for building future leaders has driven Farah to be active in facilitation, training and coaching to share her experience in helping people who want to grow.
