Ethel Adjorlolo Marfo is a Social Ent repreneur and proudly Africa’s 1st Male Child Development Activist since September 2015.
Ethel is the Founder & CEO of Junior Shapers Africa, a social enterprise championing male child personal development in Africa. Through her organization at Junior Shapers Africa she has been providing grooming and mentoring support
for regular and vulnerable boys between 6-15 years inschools and communities. Her initiative at JSA seeks to address the development needs of male youth and inspire boys to become responsible men and ethical leaders with high standards of integrity through a unique ext ra curricula module to develop their Life skills, Healthy Values and a foward-thinking mindset. Other initiatives founded by Ethel include Salon Cuties a niche kids salon for girls since 2013, which provides much more than hairdos and recently investing in the empowerment and mentoring of preteen girls who desire to venture into male dominated roles in future. It is Africa’s 1st Girls Empowerment Salon. All Moms in Leadership which was formerly known as Ghana Mompreneurs Club was created in 2017 by Ethel to serve as a leadership capacity building support system for mothers transiting from Corporate to Ent repreneurship and mothers in leadership roles across sectors with aim of ensuring that women excel in raising balanced kids and building sustainable legacies for future generations.
