 Designing and managing projects that involve data collection and
surveying
 Carry out policy-oriented research on various themes related to human
development
 Program-related activities
 Developing yearly work plans for the program areas
 Carrying out daily activities related for the program areas and ensure
execution according to the work plans and ERF strategies
 Continuous monitoring and evaluation of the projects in terms of technical
and financial tracks.
 Researching potential donors and developing proposals for funding to
support different programs areas
 Preparing technical and financial reports to donor agencies
 Supervise the work of assistants related to program areas
 Communications and Networking
 Developing and maintaining partnerships with other research
organizations, government agencies across the MENA region and managing
the regional network of experts.
 Organizing ERF regional research competitions, running the winning
projects, and mobilizing the budget accordingly
